Change Order Proposals Action page

This page shows the details of a contract management workflow action taken on a change order proposal.

Action is the type of action performed. Types of change order proposal actions include Received, Forwarded, Response, Review Response, Pending Review Response, Sent, Closed, Sent and Closed, and Reopened.

Change Order Proposal Action

The following list contains all available fields for all of the types of change order proposal actions. Each change order proposal action contains a different subset of these fields.

Subject

The subject of the change order proposal.

To

The recipient of the current change order proposal action. Click the link to open the Contact Information dialog box.

CC

Any other contacts included in the change order proposal action.

From

The contact who assigned the change order proposal action.

Change Order Proposal ID

The ID number of the change order proposal.

Sender ID

The ID the sender gave to the change order proposal.

Purpose

The purpose of the change order proposal.

Transmittal ID

The ID number of the change order proposal’s corresponding transmittal.

Date Received

The date the change order proposal was received.

Via

The method used to transfer the change order proposal.

Due

When a response to the change order proposal is due.

Click to return to the Change Order Proposal page.

This option is only available to Project Center (internal) users.

Change Order Proposals

Click to return to the My Change Order Proposal Actions log.

Internal users are returned to the Change Order Proposals log.

Send Response

Click to open the Send Change Order Proposal Response page to send a response to change order proposal.

Markup and Respond

Click to open the Newforma Web Viewer to view the attached files, mark up with any comments and send the response.

Click a change order proposal action from the My Change Order Proposal Actions log, or an action from the Workflow tab of a Change Order Proposal page.
