Save Markup Session Dialog Box

Use the Save Markup Session dialog box to save changes in the current markup session in the Newforma Web Viewer.

Name

Enter the name of the markup session. The default name of the markup session is the name of the image file being saved.

Members

The list of project team members assigned to the markup session. Select the drop-down arrow to select additional team members.

Status

Set the status of the markup session. The available options are Open and Closed.

You can  filter markup sessions in the Markup Sessions log by the status.

Remarks

Enter comments on the markup session as rich text. Use the Formatting Toolbar to edit the text.

 

Select OK to save the markup session.

Select from the markup toolbar in the Newforma Web Viewer.
