My Expected Change Orders Log
This page lists the change order actions which you are expecting or are expected from you in the current Project Center project.
Change Orders categories
Use the Change Orders drop-down list to filter the list of change orders by category. The categories are as follows:
Expected
This category lists all change orders logged as expected to which you are assigned.
Expected Resubmission
This category lists expected change orders assigned to you that were created for change orders that require the sender to resubmit the change order (the action taken on the change order was Rejected or Revise and Resubmit).
Late
This category lists expected change orders assigned to you that are overdue.
Columns
Overdue
The icon displays to the left of change orders that are overdue. The icon displays to the left of change orders that are due in 8 days or less.
ID
The ID number of the change order.
Sender ID
The number the contractor gave to the change order.
Subject
The subject of the change order. Click to open the Change Order page.
Expected Date
The date the change order is expected from you.
Tasks
The Tasks drop-down list displays available tasks that can be performed for the change order. Select a task from the list as needed.
Log Page Tools
The following tools are available in the My Expected Change Orders log toolbar. For more information, refer to Log Page Tools.
To access this page
From the toolbar, click View > Contract Management > Change Orders, then click on the My Expected Change Orders tab.
