Use this page to send a change order proposal response via Info Exchange.

Send Change Order Proposal Response

Change Order Proposal ID

The ID number of the change order proposal.

Subject

The subject of the change order proposal response. By default, the change order proposal subject is filled in, but you can edit the field as needed.

To

The recipient of the response. By default, the sender of the action item is selected, but you can select other recipients as needed. Click the drop-down arrow to open the Select Project Team Members as Recipients dialog box.

CC

Any additional recipients of the response. Click the drop-down arrow to open the Select Project Team Members as Recipients dialog box.

Action

The action taken on the change order proposal. Click the drop-down arrow to select an action.

Response

Enter your response to the bulletin.

Send Response

Click to send the change order proposal response and return to the My Change Order Proposal Actions log.
