This page shows the details of the proposal request you selected from the Proposal Requests log.

This page is only available to Project Center (internal) users.

Proposal Request

Subject

The subject of the proposal request.

Initiated By

The contact who asked for clarification that triggered the proposal request. Select the link to open the Contact Information dialog box.

Reasons

The reason the proposal request was created.

COP Status

The status of whether or not a change order proposal has been received for the proposal request.

Status

The status of the proposal request (For Review, Expected, Approved, Rejected, Closed, Revise and Resubmit, etc.).

ID

The ID number of the proposal request.

Sender ID

The number the contractor gave to the proposal request.

Discipline

The discipline(s) associated with the proposal request.

Contract

The contract the proposal request is related to. Select the link to view the Contract page.
