Proposal Request Action page

This page shows the details of a contract management workflow action taken on a proposal request.

Action is the type of action performed. Types of proposal request actions include Received, Forwarded, Response, Review Response, Pending Review Response, Sent, Closed, Sent and Closed, and Reopened.

Proposal Request Action

The following list contains all available fields for all of the types of proposal request actions. Each proposal request action contains a different subset of these fields.

Subject

The subject of the proposal request.

To

The recipient of the current proposal request action. Select the link to open the Contact Information dialog box.

CC

Any other contacts included in the proposal request action.

From

The contact who assigned the proposal request action.

Proposal Request ID

The ID number of the proposal request.

Sender ID

The ID the sender gave to the proposal request.

Purpose

The purpose of the proposal request.

Transmittal ID

The ID number of the proposal request’s corresponding transmittal.

Date Received/Sent/Closed

The date the relevant action occurred.

Via

The method used to transfer the proposal request.

Due

When a response to the proposal request is due.

 

 

 

 

Page Tools

The following tools are available in the Proposal Request Action page toolbar.

Proposal Request: <Proposal Request name>

Select to return to the Proposal Request page.

This option is only available to Project Center (internal) users.

Proposal Requests

Select to return to the My Proposal Request Actions log.

Internal users are returned to the Proposal Requests log.

Send Response

Select to open the Send Proposal Request Response page to send a response to a proposal request.

Markup and Respond

Select to open the Newforma Web Viewer to view the attached files, mark up with any comments and send the response.

Select to open a printable version of this page.

 

To access this page

Select a proposal request action from the My Proposal Request Actions log, or an action from the Workflow tab of a Proposal Request page.
