Construction Change Directive Action page

This page shows the details of a contract management workflow action taken on a construction change directive.

Action is the type of action performed. Types of construction change directive actions include Received, Forwarded, Response, Review Response, Pending Review Response, Sent, Closed, Sent and Closed, and Reopened.

Construction Change Directive Action

The following list contains all available fields for all of the types of construction change directive actions. Each construction change directive action contains a different subset of these fields.

Subject

The subject of the construction change directive.

To

The recipient of the current construction change directive action. Select the link to open the Contact Information dialog box.

CC

Any other contacts included in the construction change directive action.

From

The contact who assigned the construction change directive action.

Construction Change Directive ID

The ID number of the construction change directive.

Sender ID

The ID the sender gave to the construction change directive.

Purpose

The purpose of the construction change directive.

Transmittal ID

The ID number of the construction change directive’s corresponding transmittal.

Date Received/Sent/Closed

The date the relevant action occurred.

Via

The method used to transfer the construction change directive.

Due

When a response to the construction change directive is due.

Markup and Respond

Select to open the Newforma Web Viewer to view the attached files, mark up with any comments and send the response.
