Document Control/Record Documents Log
This page lists the record documents that are logged in the current Project Center project. Select the title of a record document to view its details. External and internal (Project Center) users see the same information unless otherwise noted.
Record documents cannot be created in Info Exchange. They are created in the Document Control activity center in Project Center.

Columns
Number
The record document’s number. If the drawing file was imported, it is the drawing’s name.
Title
The title of the record document.
Revision
The revision number of the record document.
Revision State
The revision’s status.
File
The name of the source file of the last record document revision. Select the name of the file to open it.
You must have an application installed that allows you to view the file type.
Revision Date
The creation date of the last record document revision.
Last Issued
The date the last transmittal for the last revision was sent.
Company
The company of the owner of the record document.
Additional fields
The following fields can be added to the Document Control/Record Documents log by selecting the Show/Hide Columns button to access the Field Chooser.
Discipline
Lists any disciplines assigned to the record document.
Keywords
Lists any keywords assigned to the record document.
Log Page Tools
The following tools are available in the Document Control/Record Documents log toolbar. For more information, refer to Log Page Tools.
To access this page
From the toolbar, select View > Files and Documents > Document Control or Record Documents.
