Use the Newforma Info Exchange menu bar to quickly navigate different activity centers.

The menu bar includes the following items:

Project Listbox

The project drop-down list displays the projects that you have added to your My Projects list.  For external project team members, this list shows the most recent projects accessed.

My Projects

A project selector list-box containing projects that you have added to your My Projects list.

Directory

Project Center users can access company and contact information from the Directory pull-down list.

Project Home

Use this link to access the project’s home page on Info Exchange.

Send

Use this menu to transfer project information.

View

Use this drop-down menu to access all the activity centers that you have access to in Info Exchange.

Help

This drop-down menu provides access to online Help for the current window, the user guide, the Newformant user forum and common questions for the current activity center.

Search

Use Info Exchange’s powerful Search tool to look for instances of text in all items within the currently selected project.
