Newforma Project Center

• Newforma Notification Mailer: optional replacement for the deprecated SMTP functionality from Windows Server Operating Systems. or to replace HMail.
  • MySQL 8.0.37 Version Update
  • Support strong password encryption for MySQL authentication
  • Additional security items for Newforma Project Center and Newforma Info Exchange
• MySQL Annual Update: Update to latest long-term support (LTS) version 8.4.5
• Windows Server 2025 support
• Autodesk Annual Update: An update to support Autodesk 2026 products (AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Revit)
• Migration Improvements: updates to the project data migration from Newforma Project Center to Newforma Konekt
• Customer feedback: we now correctly handle ‘/’ (forward slash) character in folder names for the Newforma Items to File folders in Microsoft Outlook.

NPC Outlook Add-in

• Force Email Filing on Send: The ability to remind users to pick a project to file an email to via a pop-up is now available in the HTML Add-in. A new setting has been added to the Licensing tab on Project Center Administration, and it requires the user to update their manifest file to make it visible.
• Starting with Newforma Project Center 2025.2, you can file an email when sending to any project.
