Email Project Files dialog box

Use this dialog box to choose whether to just send project files via email, or to send the files via email and record a transmittal.

• Choose Just Send the Files to send the files without creating a transmittal.

• Choose Yes, Fill Out and Record a Project Transmittal to send the files and record a transmittal for the transfer.

To access this dialog box

Forward or resend a file transfer via email from the Info Exchange Activity Center, or resend a transmittal via email from the Project Transmittals activity center.
