Create an Expected Resubmission dialog box
When you reject a contract management item, you can select Revise and Resubmit or Rejected from the Action drop-down list of the corresponding contract item’s Respond to Contract Management Item and Close dialog box to indicate that the item was rejected, but you want the submitter to revise and resubmit the item.
Use this dialog box to choose whether to file a new expected contract management item for an item that was given a status of Revise and Resubmit or Rejected.
Do You Want to Create an Item to Track Resubmission?

Choose No to reject the item without creating a new expected item.

Choose Yes to reject the item and create a new expected item. You can edit the new item’s Scheduled Date and the ID.
Scheduled Date
Select the date to schedule the item.
ID
Enter an identification number for the item.
Open Expected Resubmittal
Mark this checkbox to open the item to edit it after you click OK.

Click to reject the item and perform the action chosen above. The following events will occur:

If No, the rejected item will be moved to the All Closed log of the item’s activity center.

If Yes, the rejected item will be moved to the Expected Resubmission log.

You will be returned to the original activity center.
To access this dialog box
Select Revise and Resubmit or Rejected from the Action drop-down list of the Respond to Item and Close dialog box, then click Create.
