Summary of Included Files and References dialog box
This dialog box lists the following information:

The top section lists files that will be included in a file transfer. If the list contains any files you do no want to transfer, clear the corresponding checkboxes.

The bottom section lists externally referenced filesDrawing files often reference other files, including other drawings, as well as plot styles, images, standards, and font files associated with the drawing. Those references, or dependencies, are simply an embedded record of the path to the referenced objects or files. (XREFs) that Project Center found and will be included in a file transfer (via email or Info Exchange). Clear the checkboxes of the XREFs you do not want to include. Files that were found are listed in black.

The bottom section also lists XREFs that could not be found for the file transfer. Mark the checkboxes of the XREFs that are missing that you want to locate to add them to the file transfer. Missing XREFs are listed in red.
Columns – top section
The top section lists the files that are being transferred. You can remove a file from the transfer by clearing its checkbox.
Filename
The name of the file being transferred.
Type
The file’s type.
Action
The action that will be taken on the file.
Status
The file’s current status.
Size
The size of the file.
Date
When the file was last modified.
Zip Folder
The folder the .ZIP file will be stored in.
Path
The full path to the file.
Columns – bottom section
The bottom section lists both included and missing XREFs. XREFs that Project Center found are automatically included in the transfer, and their checkboxes are marked by default. Missing XREFs or XREFs that can’t be resolved are listed in red, and their checkboxes are cleared by default.
You can remove an XREF from the transfer by clearing its checkbox.
You can search for missing XREFs by marking their checkboxes to open the Change Path of Project File dialog box.
External Reference
The name of the externally referenced file.
Type
The file’s type.
Action
The action that will be taken on the file.
Status
Not Published indicates the XREF was found and will be included in the transfer if it is selected.
Missing indicates the XREF could not be found and will not be included in the transfer unless you locate it.
Size
The size of the externally referenced file.
Date
When the file was last modified. This is displayed only for XREFs that were located.
Saved Path
The path stored in the host drawing that references this XREF. This is displayed only for XREFs that were located.
Used Path
The path where the XREF was found. This is displayed only for XREFs that were located.
Referenced By
The full path to the host file that references the XREF. This is displayed only for XREFs that were located.
Reset Master Copy to Selected Files
This option appears only when publishing a project folder or document set to Info Exchange.
Mark this checkbox to publish only the selected files to Info Exchange, and remove any other files that are already there. The files selected here become the new master set. If the checkbox is not marked (which is the default), then the selected files are merged with the current set of published files.
Locate File
Click to open the Change Path of Project File dialog box to locate the selected missing external reference file.
Report
Click to open the Create a Report dialog box to select the type of external reference report to create.
Continue
Click to save any changes and continue your with the file transfer.
Cancel
Click to close this dialog box without making any changes.

You can access this dialog box in the following ways:
This dialog box appears automatically when you transfer files that have external references.
This dialog box opens if the Review Complete List of Files checkbox is marked in various dialog boxes throughout Project Center.
