Register Building Model dialog box

Use this dialog box to register a building model.

Name

Enter the name of the BIM model.

Author

Click to open the Choose a Project Team Member dialog box to select the author of the BIM model.

Members

Click to open the Choose Project Team Members dialog box to select the project team members involved with this BIM model.

Model File

Click the button to locate and select the source BIM model file you are registering.

Disciplines

Click to open the Choose Disciplines dialog box to apply disciplines to the BIM model.

Refer to the tab descriptions in the Building Models and Elements activity center.

Keywords

Click to open the Choose Keywords dialog box to assign keywords to the BIM model.

 

To access this dialog box

Click Register Model from the Tasks panel of the Building Models and Elements activity center.
