Select Record Document Packages dialog box

Use this dialog box to locate and select a record document package to which you want to add the currently selected record document.

Select Item

Only record document packages are available. Select a filter from the list for the type of package you’re searching for to narrow the list of results.

Filter All Columns

You can filter by any text that appears in any of the columns. For example, if you know the title (or part of the title) of the package you’re searching for, enter at least part of the subject in this field. The list updates automatically as you type. For example, if the package you’re searching for has the number 30 somewhere in any column, enter 30 in this field. The list will be narrowed down to only packages that have the number 30 somewhere in one of the columns.

Click the Settings icon, shown above, and select Toggle Column Filters to toggle between showing and hiding the column filter fields.

 

Click to clear all column filters.

To access this dialog box

Select a record document, then click Add to Package from the Tasks panel.
