Modify File Transfer Recipients dialog box

When you transfer files via Info Exchange, use this dialog box to select the project team members who can access the files that have been transferred (or to remove their access rights), and to send them an email notification message regarding the file transfer. After you click OK, the email messages are automatically sent to the recipients.

Recipients

This list contains the project team members who are able to access the file transfer and are sent an email message regarding the file transfer.

To remove recipients, highlight the recipient and press the Backspace or Delete key.

Add Recipients

Click to open the Choose Project Team Members dialog box to select project team members to add to the list of recipients for the file transfer.
