Modify Email Folder Label Format dialog box
Project Center adds a folder called Newforma – Items to File to your email application so you can sync with Project Center. Each time a project gets added to your My Projects folder in the My Project Center activity center, a subfolder for the project gets added to the Newforma – Items to File folder. Use this dialog box if you want to change how the name of the project folder appears in your email application. The label is used in two places in your email application: under the Newforma – Items to File folder and under the Newforma – Copied Messages folder. This name must be unique for each project.

To access this dialog box
Select a project, then click Change Project Settings > Admin > Email Folder Label Format from the Tasks panel of the Project Center Administration activity center Projects tab.
