Add Comment dialog box

Use this dialog box to add comments about a contact.

Date

Today’s date is the default. You can change it.

Author

Click to open the Choose a Contact dialog box to select the author of the comment.

Related to

Click the button to select the project that this comment is about.

Remarks

Enter any comments in this field.

 

To access this dialog box

Click Add from the Contact Notes tab in the following dialog boxes:

• Edit My Profile dialog box

• Add New Project Team Member dialog box

• Modify Project Team Member dialog box

• Set the Current User dialog box

• Add Contact dialog box

• Modify Contact dialog box

• Join Project Team dialog box

• Add Company dialog box
