Add Email Messages dialog box

Use this dialog box to select project email message files to add to the Email Log of Project Center items. The email list in this dialog box is the same as the Project Email activity center.

Project List

If the project you want to add the file from does not appear in the this column, click to open the Select a Project dialog box to select another project.

My Computer

Click to access the Open dialog box if you want to add the files from any Windows folder outside of Project Center.

 

Look In

Select whether to list Recent Email (the most recent 1000) or All Email.

 

File Name

The name of the email message file selected.

Files of Type

This field defaults to .MSG and .EML files.

Open

Click to add the email message files to the Project Center item.

 

To access this dialog box

Click Add from the Email Log tab of activity centers and dialog boxes throughout Project Center.
