Get Latest Revision dialog box

Use this dialog box to locate the latest revision of the selected file in an EDMS system to save it to another location.

Project List

If the project you want to locate the file from does not appear in the this column, click to open the Select a Project dialog box to select the project.

 

Save In

Select the project folder in which to save the file. A list of folders within the project is listed. Select the specific folder from the folders list to save the file to.

 

File Name

The name of the selected file.

Files of Type

Filter the list by selecting the file type you are looking for from this drop-down menu.

Save

Click to save the file.

 

To access this dialog box

You can access this dialog box in the following ways:

Click EDMS Sytem Tasks > Get Latest Revision from the Tasks panel of the Project Files activity center.

Right-click on a file and select EDMS Sytem Tasks > Get Latest Revision.
