Change Keywords dialog box

Use this dialog box to add and remove keywordsIn Project Center, keywords are words you can add to project items to use for filtering and searching. When you add keywords, they appear in the Keywords column of the corresponding Project Center activity centers and dialog boxes. You can then filter the list of items using the keywords to quickly find the items you are looking for, as well as do a project search for items containing the keywords. from Project Center files and email messages.


Click to open the Choose Keywords dialog box to select the keywords to add to the item.

  • You can also type new keywords directly in the field.

  • You can also remove keywords from the field.


To access this dialog box

You can access this dialog box in the following ways:

Select a file, then click Change Keywords from the Tasks panel of the Project Files activity center.

Select an email message, then click Change Keywords from the Email Tasks panel of various activity centers.
