Will the item’s status update automatically?

Yes, any item that was received via one of our Workflow Connectors will update automatically once the item has been closed and synchronized back to the originating system.

What does the yellow icon mean?

If you see a yellow icon next to an RFI, Submittal, or Respond and Close action, that means that the item has been responded to and closed and is waiting to be synchronized back to the originating system.

Does this work across all RFI and Submittal workflow connectors?

You will see status icons for RFIs and Submittals that have been received from our Procore, BIM 360 Workflow, and ConstructEx connectors.

Why do some items have an error icon?

An error icon indicates that the respond and close action did not get synchronized back to the originating system within a certain amount of time. It may also indicate that there was an error when syncing back to the original system. Errors will be listed in the Change Log for the RFI or Submittal.
