Undo Action Restrictions

The Undo Action task that is available when you select a workflow action in most contract management activity centers has some restrictions:

• If the selected action is the receive action and there are other actions, Project Center will not allow you to delete it:

• If the selected action is the receive action and the activity center doesn’t support expected items (RFIs for example), you cannot delete the action because deleting it would put it into the expected state.
