Third-Party Software License Restrictions

Newforma Project Center customers may not use any third-party component contained in or provided with the software separately from their use of the software.

As required by Newforma’s agreement with Autodesk, Inc., the DWF Toolkit is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

As required by Newforma’s agreement with PDFTron Systems, Inc. (“PDFTron”), (i) the PDFNet SDK is provided “as is”, without warranty or condition of any kind; (ii) you may not use the PDFNet SDK for development, compilation, debugging and similar design-time purposes; and (iii) Company’s obligations with respect to PDFNet are for the benefit of PDFTron and will be enforceable by PDFTron as a third party beneficiary against Company.

As required by Newforma’s agreement with MySQL, (i) you may use the MySQL database product only for running and extracting data from the software; and (ii) you may not copy the MySQL product onto any public or distributed network; (iii) you may not use the software to operate in or as a time-sharing, outsourcing, service bureau, hosting, application service provider or managed service provider environment; (iv) you may not use the software as a general SQL server; and (iv) you may not use the MySQL product as a stand-alone application or with any application other than the Software.
