DGN Formatting

The Newforma Viewer has known inconsistencies when formatting DGN dimensions. In the example below, the Newforma Viewer displays 16 while Bentley displays 16’ – 0”. Similarly, the Newforma Viewer might display 16.5’ while Bentley displays 16’ 6”.  The measurement is correct and both mean the same thing, but the formatting is not the same.
