Text Formatting Issues When Copying and Pasting

When copying text from Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. and pasting into a remarks, comments, or other Project Center field, the formatting from the source program is also copied. This causes display issues such as the text moving off the page or screen when viewing or printing a form.

To paste text without including the formatting, right-click to paste and choose Paste Special. In the Paste Special dialog box, select Unformatted Text. This will copy the text into the field without any of the embedded formatting from the source document or program.
