Message Cannot Be Loaded at This Time

When Project Center files .MSG files, it sets the read-only flag of the message to True. However, if a user turned off the read-only attribute or moved a .MSG file into the project manually, and you then selected the email message in Project Center and opened it in Microsoft Outlook, and then re-selected the message in the Project Email activity center, the Action Items activity center Email Log tab, the Submittals activity center Email Log tab, or the RFIs activity center Email Log tab, you will get a “Message cannot be loaded at this time” error.
