Enable Bluebeam for Submittal Review
Enable Bluebeam Connector
The Bluebeam integration requires a new Newforma license key to enable the functionality. Without this updated license, the Bluebeam options will be disabled in Project Center. Contact the Services team at services@newforma.com for an updated license.
Bluebeam can be used during the submittal and RFI review processes directly from Project Center. Before users can access Bluebeam during the review process, however, the Bluebeam connector must be enabled by a project administrator.
Bluebeam Plans (Revu 21) or newer is required.
The minimum version of Newforma Project Center required for the Bluebeam Connector is 2024.2.
To enable Bluebeam Connector
1 – Click Preferences button in upper toolbar
2 – Click Preferences
3 – Click “Switch Bluebeam Studio User” button
4 – Log into Bluebeam as the user needing to perform review thru Bluebeam
To enable Bluebeam connector for a project
Select the project on the Project Center Administration activity center Projects tab.
Click Edit Settings in the Tasks list. then select the Admin tab.
Select the Bluebeam checkbox in the Connectors section, shown here:
To assign the Bluebeam role to a user
Go to the Project Center Administration activity center Licensing tab.
Select the desired user.
Select Modify User from the Tasks list.
In the Modify User dialog box, select the Bluebeam checkbox, as shown here:
