Add Project Team Members to Microsoft Outlook

Perform the following steps to quickly add contacts from the project team to Microsoft Outlook.

To add contacts to Microsoft Outlook

If you are not already there, open the Project Team activity center by clicking Project Team from the Project Home activity center or from the Activities list.

Select the project team members you want to add to Outlook.

Click Add to Outlook Contacts from the Tasks panel, as shown below. The contact will be immediately added to Outlook’s Contacts page. That’s all there is to it!
