Email Hyperlinks Are Sometimes Removed

Newforma uses hyperlinks in many email notifications to launch Newforma Project Center. In the image seen here, clicking the first hyperlink launches Project Center, under normal conditions.

These links are not supported in some web email clients and the hyperlink is rendered inactive.

To solve this issue, the hyperlinks in the email notifications have been modified to a form that is supported in the web email clients. When you click the hyperlink, a page opens on the Info Exchange server hosting the project. The page provides a message similar to the following:

“You have been redirect here from a Newforma email hyperlink. If your application does not launch, click the link below.

If you still have trouble launching the application, copy the text and paste it into your browser.”
