Use this page to send a supplemental instruction response via Info Exchange.

Send Supplemental Instruction Response

Supplemental Instruction ID

The ID number of the supplemental instruction.

Subject

The subject of the supplemental instruction response. By default, the supplemental instruction subject is filled in, but you can edit the field as needed.

To

The recipient of the response. By default, the sender of the action item is selected, but you can select other recipients as needed. Select the drop-down arrow to open the Select Project Team Members as Recipients dialog box.

CC

Any additional recipients of the response. Select the drop-down arrow to open the Select Project Team Members as Recipients dialog box.

Action

The action taken on the supplemental instruction. Select the drop-down arrow to select an action.

Response

Enter your response to the supplemental instruction.

Send Response

Select to send the supplemental instruction response and return to the My Supplemental Instruction Actions log.
