Subject
The subject of the construction change directive.
Initiated By
The team member who initiated the construction change directive. Select the hyperlink to open the Contact Information dialog box.
Responsible
The team member responsible for the change resulting in the construction change directive.
Reasons
The reason the construction change directive was created.
COP Status
The status of whether or not a change order proposal has been received for the construction change directive.
Status
The status of the construction change directive.
Contract Sum
The proposed basis of adjustment to the contract for the changes identified in the construction change directive. Additional information for the sum type is provided in the Sum Description field.
Sum Description
Any additional information about the contract sum type, such as unit price, lump sum amount, etc.
Contract Time (In Days)
The agreed upon time that the contract will change. It can be a positive or negative number.
ID
The ID number of the construction change directive.
Sender ID
The number the contractor gave to the construction change directive.
Discipline
The discipline(s) associated with the construction change directive.
Contract
The contract the construction change directive is associated with. Select the link to view the Contract page.
