Contract Closed Page

Use this page to view information about a closed contract. This page is read-only.

To view a closed contract item, you must be a member of a Permission Set that allows you to access all contracts.

Subject

The subject of the contract item.

Transmittal ID

The ID number of the transmittal associated with the close action on the contract.

Contract ID

The contract’s ID number.

Date Closed

The date the contract was closed.

Closed By

The project team member who closed the contract item.

Action

The last action issued to close the contract item.

To access this page

From a contract, click the Workflow tab, then click the Action link for contract item where the Type is Closed.
