Addendum page

This page shows the details of the addendum you selected from the Addendums log. External and internal (Project Center) users see the same information unless otherwise noted.

Addendum

Subject

The subject of the addendum.

Initiated By

The team member who initiated the addendum. Select the hyperlink to open the Contact Information dialog box.

Reasons

The reason the addendum was created.

Status

The status of the addendum.

ID

The ID number of the addendum.

Sender ID

The number the contractor gave to the addendum.

Discipline

The discipline associated with the addendum.

Select to return to the Action Items log.

View Form

Select to open a printable version of this page.

 

To access this page

Select the subject of an addendum from the Addendums log.
