Folder Details dialog box

This dialog box shows the details of a shared folder.

Name

The folder name appears at the top of the dialog box.

Information tab

Size

The total size of the contents of the published folder in KB.

Expiration Date

The date the shared folder expires and will no longer be available.

Date Shared

The date the folder was posted to Info Exchange.

Access

Who can access the shared folder.

Shared By

The project team member who shared the folder on Info Exchange. Select the link to open the Contact Information dialog box.

Recipients

The project team members with whom the folder has been shared.

CC

Any additional recipients of the shared folder.

Remarks

Displays any remarks entered for the shared folder.

 

Change Log tab

This tab displays a history of the actions taken on the selected shared folder, including when it was created, modified, who was involved, and any details.

Action

Type of change that occurred.

Date  

Date the change occurred.

Member

Project team member who created the change.

In addition to the listed fields, custom fields may also be exist. Project Center administrators can create custom fields throughout Info Exchange.
