When attempting to respond to a contract management item, a user may encounter the message below under the following circumstances:

When the step in the workflow has been disabled for the project by an administrator.

When the activity center for the particular project is no longer available on Info Exchange.

When the user no longer has access to the activity center on Info Exchange.
