Check Spelling dialog box

Use the Check Spelling dialog box to check spelling in rich text fields throughout Info Exchange.

Not in Dictionary

Displays the text from the rich text field with the misspelled word underlined in red.

Ignore Once

Select to ignore the highlighted instance of the misspelling.

Ignore All

Select to ignore all occurrences of the misspelling in the text field.

Add to Dictionary

Select to add the selected word to your spelling dictionary.

Change To

Provides a list of possible corrections for the misspelling. Select the appropriate word from the list or enter a value in the text field.

Change

Select to change the highlighted instance of the misspelling.

Change All

Select to change all occurrences of the misspelling in the text field.

Options

Select to open the Spelling Options dialog box.
