Add Observations From Field Notes Dialog Box

Use this dialog box in a daily report or site visit to add an observation record from a field note.

Selection Checkbox

Select the checkbox to the left of any field notes you want to add as observation items.

ID

The ID for the field note.

Subject

The subject of the field note.

Created

The date the field note was created.

Author

The creator of the field note. Select the link to open the Contact Information dialog box.

Space

The space with which the field note is associated. Select the link to view the Spatial Index page.

 

Keywords

Project keywords assigned to a field note.

Last Modified

Date the field note was last updated.

Last Modified By

User responsible for the latest update.

 

To access this dialog box

Select Add From Field Note in the Observations tab when adding or modifying a daily report or site visit.
