Discussion Items dialog box

Use this dialog box to enter and view discussion item details for observation items.

Discussion

Enter any discussion information in this field.

Add

Select to add the new discussion item to the observation item and remain in the Discussion Items dialog box.

Add and Close

Select to add the discussion item to the observation item and close the Discussion Items dialog box.

The Discussion section of the dialog only appears when you are creating or modifying an observation item.

Discussion Items list

Date

The date and time the discussion took place.

Author

The author of the discussion item. Select the link to open the Contact Information dialog box.

Remarks

Enter any details about the item.

 

To access this dialog box

Select the ellipse button in the Discussion field of the Site Visit page Observations tab.
