Paste from Word dialog box

Use the Paste from Word dialog box to remove any formatting from Microsoft Word text prior to pasting into rich text fields throughout Info Exchange.

Text field

Paste the text from Microsoft Word into the text field using the Windows clipboard.

Strip Font Family

Select this checkbox to strip the font set in Word and use the font currently selected for the rich text field.

 

To access this dialog box

Select   in the formatting toolbar for any rich text field.
