Select File to Link to a Change Order File dialog box

Use this dialog box to locate and select a file to link to the currently open change order.

Choose Browse to a File and click the button to locate and select a file.

Choose Select a File Associated to the Change Order to link a file that is already associated with the change order.

 

To access this dialog box

You can access this dialog box in the following ways:

Select a change order, then click Link Change Order File from the Tasks panel of the Change Orders activity center.

Select the Link Change Order File option from the Next Action drop-down list of the Create a Change Order dialog box or the Modify Change Order dialog box.
