Record Reviewer Response for Change Order dialog box
Use this dialog box to record a reviewer’s response to a change order.
To
Click to open the Choose Project Team Member dialog box to select the contacts who the reviewer sent a response to. You can also type email addresses directly in this field.
CC
Click to open the Choose a Project Team Member dialog box to select who the reviewer CC’d the response to. You can also type email addresses directly in this field.
Contacts in the CC field will receive a link to download the files, but will not be sent reminders.
From
Click to open the Choose a Project Team Member dialog box to select the name of the change order reviewer. A contact who was forwarded this change order and has not responded yet is filled in by default.
Subject
Project Center enters the subject of the original change order. You can edit it.
Action
Select the action taken on this change order.
Date
Enter the date the response was received.
Received Via
Select the method in which the reviewer sent the response from the drop-down list.
Transmittal ID
Enter an ID number for the transmittal being created for the change order response, or use the default.
Change Order ID
The ID number for the change order.
Response tab
Use the Response section of this tab to enter the response to the change order. The Summary section contains a summary of the change order.

Keywords
Click to open the Choose Keywords dialog box to apply keywordsIn Project Center, keywords are words you can add to items to use for filtering. When you add keywords, they appear in the Keywords column of the corresponding Project Center activity centers. You can then filter the list of items using the keywords to quickly find the items you are looking for. to the change order.
Click to spell check the fields in this dialog box. If any mistakes are found, the Spelling Check dialog box opens with spelling suggestions.
Next Action
Mark this checkbox to choose whether to link the change order to another project file, forward the change order to another contact, close the change order, or respond to the sender.

Choosing Link Change Order File opens the Select file to link to a Change Order File dialog box.

Choosing Forward opens the Forward Change Order dialog box.

Choosing Respond and Close opens the Respond to Change Order and Close dialog box.

Choosing Send and Close opens the Send and Close Change Order dialog box.

Choosing Close opens the Close Change Order dialog box.
Record Response
Click to record the reviewer’s response to the change order. The following events occur:

The original change order remains in the Under Review category of the Change Orders activity center.

The action taken here is added to the change order’s Change Log tab.

A corresponding transmittal is filed in the All Received log of the Project Transmittals activity center.

A notification is sent to the person who forwarded the change order indicating a response was recorded.
If you selected Forward, and the change order has files in the Associated Files tab, the Select Files to Forward for Review dialog box opens, which enables you to choose whether to transfer the files, and how to transfer them.
To access this dialog box
Select a change order, then click Record Reviewer Response from the Tasks panel of the Change Orders activity center.
