Record Reviewer Response for Contract dialog box
Use this dialog box to record a reviewer’s response to a contract.
To
Click to open the Choose a Project Team Member dialog box to select the contacts who the reviewer sent a response to. You can also type email addresses directly in this field.
CC
Click to open the Choose a Project Team Member dialog box to select who the reviewer CC’d the response to. You can also type email addresses directly in this field.
Contacts in the CC field will receive a link to download the files, but will not be sent reminders.
From
Click to open the Choose a Project Team Member dialog box to select the name of the contract reviewer. A contact who was forwarded this contract and has not responded yet is filled in by default.
Subject
Project Center enters the subject of the original contract. You can edit it.
Action
Select the action taken on this contract.
Date
Enter the date the response was received.
Received Via
Select the method in which the reviewer sent the response from the drop-down list.
Transmittal ID
Enter an ID number for the transmittal being created for the contract response, or use the default.
Contract ID
The architect ID number for the contract.
Response tab
Use the Response section of this tab to enter the response to the contract. The Summary section contains a summary of the contract.

Refer to the Forward Contract dialog box for a description of the tabs.
Keywords
Click to open the Choose Keywords dialog box to apply keywordsIn Project Center, keywords are words you can add to items to use for filtering. When you add keywords, they appear in the Keywords column of the corresponding Project Center activity centers. You can then filter the list of items using the keywords to quickly find the items you are looking for. to the contract.
Click to spell check the fields in this dialog box. If any mistakes are found, the Spelling Check dialog box opens with spelling suggestions.
Next Action
Mark this checkbox to choose whether to forward the contract to another contact, close the contract, respond to the sender, or just send an email message to notify the contact who forwarded the contract.

Choosing Link the Executed Contract File opens the Select File to Link to a Contract File dialog box.

Choosing Forward opens the Forward Contract for Review dialog box.

Choosing Close opens the Close contract dialog box.

Choosing Send and Close opens the Send and Close contract dialog box.
Record Response
Click to record the reviewer’s response to the contract. The following events occur:

The original contract remains in the Under Review category of the Contracts activity center.

The action taken here is added to the contract’s Change Log tab.

A corresponding transmittal is filed in the All Received log of the Project Transmittals activity center.
If you selected Forward, and the contract has files in the Associated Files tab, the Select Files to Forward for Review dialog box opens, which enables you to choose whether to transfer the files, and how to transfer them.
To access this dialog box
Select a contract, then click Record Reviewer Response from the Tasks panel of the Contracts activity center.
