PDF Page Editor dialog box

Use this dialog box to insert, remove, and rearrange the pages of a .PDF file. Drag and drop the pages of the .PDF file to rearrange them.

Thumbnail Size

Move the slider to increase or decrease the size of the thumbnail pages.

You can right-click in this dialog box to perform the functions below.

Insert

Click to do one of the following:

• Choose Insert Blank Page to open the Insert Blank Page dialog box to insert a blank into the PDF file.

• Choose Insert Pages from PDF to open the Insert Pages from PDF dialog box to insert the pages from another PDF file into the current file.

Delete

Click to remove the selected page from the PDF file.

Import Markups

Click to open the Import PDF Annotations dialog box to import markups from another similar PDF file into the current file.

 

To access this dialog box

Click Tools, PDF Editor from the Newforma Viewer.
