Map Companies dialog box

When importing project team members via Newforma to Newforma from a remote company that isn’t defined in your Project Center database, use this dialog box to map the remote company to a locally-defined company.

In most cases you would add a new company in the Project Center Administration Activity Center Companies tab. However, if the remote company is already defined in your database but it’s spelled differently, use this dialog box to map the misspelled remote company to the local company already in the database.

Remote Company Name

The name of the remote company that needs to be mapped to a company in the local database.

Local Company

Click to select the local company to map the remote company to from the drop-down list. You can also ad a new company manually by clicking <Create New Company>.

 

To access this dialog box

This dialog box opens when you click OK from the Select Team Members dialog box if any contacts were selected from a company that isn’t defined locally.
