Edit Secondary Files dialog box

Use this dialog box to choose secondary files for checking a complex document into FileNet.

There cannot be secondary files if there is no primary file selected in the add file form.

Retain

Click to retain the selected secondary files from the latest version to the version you are checking in, which will replace the latest version.

Replace

Click to remove the selected secondary file and replace it with a newer version of the same file.

Add File

Click to locate and select the files to add as secondary files.

Remove

Click to remove the selected files.

 

To access this dialog box

Click the button across from the Secondary Files field in the Check In Document dialog box.
