Assign Project List dialog box

Use this dialog box to choose the global project keyword list to use as the source of keywordsIn Project Center, keywords are words you can add to project items to use for filtering and searching. When you add keywords, they appear in the Keywords column of the corresponding Project Center activity centers and dialog boxes. You can then filter the list of items using the keywords to quickly find the items you are looking for, as well as do a project search for items containing the keywords. for the selected project item field, and whether users can enter their own keywords.

Project List

The name of the list currently being used by the corresponding project item field. You can select a different list to assign to the project item field from the drop-down list.

Allow Users to Enter Additional Values in Newforma Project Center

Mark this checkbox to allow users to enter their own keywords in the corresponding project item fields in Project Center dialog boxes in addition to selecting keywords from the Choose Keywords dialog box.

 

To access this dialog box

Select a global project list, then click Edit from the Define List Values section of the Activity Center Setup tab of the Create Project dialog box or the Edit Project Settings dialog box.
